credential?
Teachers may now renew their teaching credential online
by contacting the
California Commission on Teacher Credentialing.
What do the Disability
designations V, H, P, D, and NP on the student registration form
represent?
The primary verifiable student
disability classifications are:
- V = Visual
- H = Hearing
- P = Physical
- D = Developmental
- NP = Non-Physical
May I transfer to a location
closer to my home?
Teachers interested in transferring to a location may
contact the Disability Support Program at (818) 365-2095 or
online using our
Contact Us form.
If I teach at multiple
locations may I be reimbursed for gas mileage?
Many teachers claim mileage beyond their primary
assignment location as a tax deduction.
How do I go about getting an
LAUSD e-mail account?

If the hosting agency does
not provide me with a classroom assistant will the school
district?
The district does not provide teacher assistants for
classes through the Disability Support Program.
